Oarkala : On the way of Kollam from Tirubantapuram Oarkal is a pilgrimage of the followers of Lord Vishnu. It is situated on Malabar Coast. The East India Co. created their business centre here. Astamuri Lake : The lake is surrounded with the hill of Chinaclay and with evergreen range of coconut trees is waiting for invitation to the tourists with its hevenly beauty. Thevally Palace : The palace is situated by the side of the sea. It seems that, the ice cold wind carried by the sea bathing the palace in eery moment.
